On November 12, 2024, the POWERFLOW team, led by General Manager Wu Keyang, visited and exchanged views with CNNC Qinshan Nuclear Power. The purpose of this exchange was to strengthen the strategic cooperation between the two parties, jointly explore the localization research and substitution of intelligent valve positioners in the field of nuclear power, and future cooperation opportunities, so as to reduce dependence on external technologies.

Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant is China's first self-designed, constructed and operated nuclear power plant. It is 100% owned by China National Nuclear Corporation. Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant adopts the world's most technologically mature pressurized water reactor and has rich nuclear power operation experience and technical accumulation.

During the period, Mr. Wu introduced POWERFLOW’s development history, product features and related achievements. He also introduced in detail the use of IP6000 positioners by customers such as CNNC 404 and Hubei Huadian, which fully demonstrated the strength and Product reliability of POWERFLOW. During this meeting, the relevant persons in charge of Qinshan Nuclear Power Instruments raised questions about our products to further deepen their understanding. The main topics covered the parameters of the positioners, the localization of related chips, and the development progress of non-contact positioners and advanced diagnostic functions. In response to these questions, we focused on introducing the performance parameters of the IP6000 series products, related certifications, after-sales services, and the current product development and improvement plans and progress.

The representatives of Qinshan Nuclear Power showed great interest in POWERFLOW's products and spoke highly of them. Both parties agreed that POWERFLOW's products are highly automated, intelligent and reliable, which will help promote the domestic technology progress of the nuclear power industry. In the future, both parties will carry out broader and deeper cooperation in the field of nuclear power control systems and jointly contribute to the safe and efficient development of the nuclear power industry.
